We hope that you are satisfied with your elzara.com purchase. However, if you need to return your unworn items you can request a return online. Please select INITIATE A RETURN above to begin the process. After we receive your request, prepaid return label will be send to you via email.
FREE RETURNS ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS.
- You must make your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Swim must have the liner attached.
- Sale items 60% off and higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
- Elzara reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be not credited or may incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
- Please note an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.
We are not responsible for lost packages returned through a carrier of your own choosing.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on elzara.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To initiate an international return, please input your order number within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Flat rate return shipping fees will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal as follows:
- Europe - $55
- Australia – $50
- Canada - $25
- Rest of World - $60
