No, packages do not need to be signed for.
You must make your return within 14 days of the delivery date. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Swim must have the liner attached. Sale items 60% off and higher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned. Elzara reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Any returns which fail to comply with the above will be not credited or may incur a 15% Restocking Fee. Please note an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order on www.elzara.com and return your original item using the return instructions.
Once we have received the item in our warehouse, we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks.
